Professor Henri Orland will give three blackboard lectures on the basic formalism and recent developments in the statistical mechanics of equilibrium and nonequilibrium stochastic processes with applications to macromolecules. Each lecture will last for about two hours. The lectures will be accessible to advanced level graduate students and postdocs in theoretical physics and related disciplines.
