Abstract: We present a scheme of quantum information transmission, which transmit the quantum information contained in a single qubit via three Quantum Channels of Rank two, whose quantum discord (correlation) can be zero. The operation process is similar with the quantum teleportation. When the three channels fulfill some special conditions, they can realized arbitrary state information transmit. We give a detailed mathematical derivation for the condition. The protocol can be used as the bipartite quantum channel for the quantum key distribution.
