Abstract: In the recent years, atomic gases get a lot of attention in condensed matter physics. High spin systems have rich phase diagrams. I will introduce a new integrable system for 1-D atomic gases with hyperfine spin-3/2 in this report. This is an anisotropic model with U(1)  SU(2)  SU(2) symmetry. With Bethe ansatz method, we construct the eigenstate of the system and obtain the Bethe ansatz equations. In thermodynamic limit, we give the phase diagram for ground state. Paired atoms appear in the ground state without external magnetic field. Some of them are magnetic and some of them are neutral.
