Abstract: Spin-based qubits are seen as promising candidates for scalable quantum computation. Silicon has outstanding spin-coherence properties due to small spin-orbit coupling, small hyperfine interaction with nuclear spins and absence of piezoelectric coupling. In this talk we will introduce some basic method and concepts of coupled spin qubits in semiconductor double quantum dots, and the dephasing mechanism of such system.
