Speaker: Dr. Shu-hui Zhang, Beijing Computational Science Research Center
Abstract: In this talk, I will present our recent research progress on the indirect exchange interaction in the graphene-based PN junction (GBPN). Graphene, as a new material, has a variety of applications such as electronics, optoelectronics, and so on. In particular, by doping of magnetic atoms, graphene can also be used in the field of spintronics. I will report that, basing on our numerical study of interaction between the magnetic atoms, the manipulation of this interaction can be realized in GBPN.
