Speaker: Dr. Wen-Lei Li, Beijing Computational Science Research Center
Abstract: Flocking, as a form of collective behavior of large number of interacting agents with a common group objective, can be widely seen in many fields, such as physics, biophysics, social science and computer science, etc. In this talk, I will give a short introduction to the flocking theory including related backgrounds, principle of modeling, typical models and corresponding results. Several interesting problems will be listed as the end of the talk.
