Dr. Chunmei Su, a postdoc in the Applied and Computational Mathematics Division at Beijing Computational Science Research Center (CSRC), was recently awarded as the Jerrold E. Marsden Postdoctoral Fellow at the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences at University of Toronto, Canada via the Thematic Program on ``Multiscale Scientific Computing: from Quantum Physics and Chemistry to Materials Science and Fluid Mechanics’’ during January—April, 2016.

Established in 1994 in honour of Fields founding Director, the Jerrold E. Marsden Postdoctoral Fellowship is awarded to an outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow who receives a fellowship through Fields to participate in the Thematic Program Year.
