Beijing Computational Science Research Center (CSRC) is a multi-discipline center for basic research in areas of applied mathematics, computer science, computational physics, quantum chemistry, mechanics, computational materials science, and emerging fields. Job Opportunities
CSRC is recruiting faculty members of different grade in various disciplines.
(i) Group Leader: The successful candidate should have internationally recognized research accomplishments and proven academic leadership in respective disciplines. He/She is expected to establish vigorous research programs and coordinate new interdisciplinary research initiatives. Annual income starts at RMB 800K;
(ii) Tenured Position: The successful candidate should have an outstanding record of research accomplishments. He/She is expected to develop his/her independent research program and show strong leadership. Annual income starts at RMB 600K;
(iii) Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position: Annual income starts at RMB 400K.
Postdoctoral Fellow Positions
The Center also invites applications for postdoctoral fellow positions in areas specified above. Demonstrated record of research accomplishments is highly preferred. The successful candidates are expected to work with faculty members of the center as well as developing his/her independent research program. Appointments usually will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement. The positions are open till filled. Annual salary starts at RMB 200,000, depending on qualification and experience. Research funding, housing and transportation benefits are also provided.
