Abstract

In this talk, I will discuss our recent work in yeast cell cycle, including the regulatory mechanism of whole process (PRE-2020, 101, 042405), the stochasticity in DNA damage response (PRX-2021, 11, 011004), and the nonequilibrium in the G2-M transition (arXiv:1612.01233).

About the Speaker

Fangting Li, Ph.D., Associate Professor of School of Physics and Center for Quantitative Biology in Peking University. Recent work focuses on the quantitative models of genetic regulatory networks in yeast and immune systems.
