QOQI4-WELCOME
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is a great pleasure for us to announce The 4th International Workshop on Frontiers in Quantum Optics and Quantum Information: Optomechanics meets circuit QED, which will be held in Beijing on June 15 - 18, 2016. The workshop is organized by Beijing Computational Science Research Center (CSRC), as a joint meeting for the Phonons, Photons and Qubits: Perspectives from Circuit QED and Optomechanics program at Kavli Institute of Theoretical Physics China (KITPC).
The main objective of this workshop is to stimulate the interaction between the fields of Superconducting Circuits and Optomechanics, which share many conceptual goals and methodologies, as well as overlap significantly in their physical implementations. The workshop will bring together the leading scientists in these two fields to present both theoretical and experimental aspects of these fields, with a strong emphasis on the most cutting-edge experimental progresses.
This workshop is open to experts in the fields related to quantum optics and quantum information, as well as scientists and graduate students who are interested in these general directions of research. Please apply to the workshop by completing the registration. You may contact the workshop secretary, Ms. Yuan GAO, at QOQI4@csrc.ac.cn for further information.
We look forward to an exciting workshop!
