This workshop serves as a platform for scientists, researchers, and professionals to explore the latest development in the field of Excited Sates and Dynamics in condensed materials and foster international collaborations and exchange in experimental and theoretical studies of the general field. It also serves as a special event to celebrate the recent formation of the CECAM (https://www.cecam.org) China node in Beijing. From the theoretical frameworks to practical applications, our gathering aims to deepen our understanding of the complex phenomena involving excited states and dynamics in the following subjects:

Ultrafast spectroscopy and recent applications
Molecular dynamics in condensed phases
