In this talk, I will discuss our recent work in yeast cell cycle, including the regulatory mechanism of whole process (PRE-2020, 101, 042405), the stochasticity in DNA damage response (PRX-2021, 11, 011004), and the nonequilibrium in the G2-M transition (arXiv:1612.01233).
