To register for the conference:
(1) Download and fill in the one of the following registration forms (PDF file, MS Word document, text file).
(2) Pay the registration fee by Bank Transfer.
(3) Email your completed registration form and a copy of the bank transfer payment document to bail2016@csrc.ac.cn on or before August 1, 2016.
(4) Student registrations must also include proof of current enrollment from the academic institution, e.g., a photocopy of your current student ID.
The standard conference registration fee is 2,500 CNY or €370 or US$400; full-time students pay 1,000 CNY or €150 or US$160 . The registration fee includes welcome reception, conference proceedings, meals (lunches, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and dinners) Monday to Friday, conference dinner, and access to all sessions. Early registration: Participants who have registered and whose fee payments are received on or before June 1, 2016 will be given an accommodation subsidy of 2,000CNY or your accommodation cost, whichever is the smaller (for students it is reduced to the smaller of 1,000CNY or accommodation cost).
Official registration receipts will be issued at the Conference Reception Desk upon presentation of the registration confirmation and the bank transfer payment document.
Please contact the Conference Secretariat (bail2016@csrc.ac.cn) if a registration confirmation email is not received within 10 days of your registration submission.
Cancellations must be received at bail2016@csrc.ac.cn no later than July 15, 2016. 50% of the registration fee, less any bank charges, will be refunded in this case. There is no refund for cancellations received after July 15, 2016.
